When teams discuss enterprise-scale agents, an often overlooked part is the actual machines that run them. In this talk, I explained how I built owned, distributed bare-metal infrastructure that keeps governance and control in-house while costing under €100 per month. Later that day I joined the panel “Building GenAI That Delivers”.
