I spoke at the Redis AI Roadshow in Munich on 30 September 2026 with “Scaling AI employees in an enterprise environment”, on Trade Republic’s AI adoption and the technology behind a modern digital investment platform.

I spoke in the customer slot, on how Trade Republic went from AI experiments to agents doing real work inside a regulated investment platform. I covered what changes when an agent stops being a pilot and becomes part of how teams operate: the roles the work is framed around, what reliable delivery actually demands, and the cost and governance questions that decide whether any of it scales. The afternoon also had a Redis keynote, a Redis Iris demonstration, a Delivery Hero session on context engineering and roundtable discussions between the sessions.
