Agentic employees in world's most downloaded FinTech app

I spoke at WeAreDevelopers World Congress 2026 in Berlin about building agentic employees in a large-scale FinTech product.

From AI agents to working teammates.

The session shared production lessons from introducing agentic employees inside a widely used financial product: how the work is framed, what reliable delivery demands and where organisational change matters as much as the model.
